ISSTDR Board—Call for Nominations
The International Society for Sexually Transmitted Diseases Research (ISSTDR) Board invites nominations for membership on the Board. Nominations will be considered at the ISSTDR Board meeting to be held in June 2023, approximately a month in advance of the STI & HIV World Congress in Chicago from July 24-27, 2023.
There will be four positions open on the ISSTDR Board. Successful applicants will have a strong track record in sexually transmitted infection research, including research leadership. Experience in working on conference committees is an advantage, but is not essential. ISSTDR is particularly keen to receive applications from researchers in regions that are under-represented on the Board (everywhere outside North America and Australia). Ideal candidates will have a relationship with ISSTDR (via engagement/attendance at previous congresses).
